Frank Wright's house, Lummi Island
Caption on reverse in ink: "Frank Wright Lummi Island" and printed on front: "Oct 66" Large two story craftsman house with large, mullioned triple windows on the lower level and several sets of smaller windows on the second story. There is a covered entrance on the front with steps leading up to it on two sides. Frank Wright came to Lummi Island in 1902 and by 1909 was the owner of Carlisle Packing Co. on Lummi Island. He was the largest landowner on Lummi Island and president of the Lummi Island Land Co. This was his home. It was destroyed by fire in 1989.
