Silver Beach Hotel, from the dock below at what is now Mason's Landing on Lake Whatcom
A smaller building is between the dock and the hotel with a sign on it that says "Ice Cream." There is also a small shed next to the dock and what may be a trolley station beyond it. A few people are visible. The hotel was built in 1892 by Jones and Carlyon who also built the Grand Central Hotel at Forest and Holly Streets. The hotel was part of the White City Amusement Park at Silver Beach that closed in 1919.
