Touch of Grace: Improving Care at End-of-Live
This video introduces the Touch of Grace Project, an innovative program to teach role appropriate palliative care competencies to unlicensed staff in skilled nursing facilities. The project was funded by the Chuckanut Health Foundation and the CMP program of the Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services. The video was produced by Cavan Lyons as project for a class at Western Washington University.
