     1917-12-06 - Board of Control Meeting Meeting called to order by Pres. All present but Miss. Graham. Bills Allowed. Muller and Asplund (watch) $20.0 Floral Exchange. (Miss Mathes) $10.00 Normal Book Store .80 " " " .90 Western Engraving Co. $4.60 Kemphaus and Co $3.09 H.T. Hudson  Arms Co. $20.35 Mr. Bons read constitution.  President read report of Book Store from Auditing Comm.  Constitution calls for a report to be published in messenger. Mr. Baughman objects. Pres.authorizes Book Store Comm. to   Page 01_048   (volume 01 page 048)


     1917-12-06 - consult Mr. Baughman on subject.  Motion carried that report of Book Store Comm be accepted.  Receipt of $70.30 for Xmas boxes Miss. Adams to be asked to send in her bill every month. Pres. appointed Comm. for Xmas party. Program Almond , Trucker, Edson, Ireland refreshment. Jewell, Cales, Neuirill?, and Graham. Decorating Beaufort, Chase, Pratt, Sorenson and Booman. Games Nash, Ike, Ramsey, Jules.  Adjournment Sec'y Frances M. Ireland

     1917-12-13 - Board of Control Meeting Meeting called to order by Pres. All members present. President said that Book Store Inventory was due. Tell Mr Baughman to have it done during vacation. Have it done by Mr. Sherman, the one who did it before. Motion carried that Miss Cales salary be paid this week. Discussion of the lock on association room door. Left if necessary or this one fixed. Get keys for Miss Graham and Mr Chute. Reports from committees on Xmas programs. Refreshments must be under $20.00. Miss Graham brought up matters to be handled by Student Counsel. More hooks and racks in locker rooms. People taking ?work ? papers which fall on floor. New Bulletin board is under construction.    Page 01_049   (volume 01 page 049)
