     1918-01-10 - Board of Control Meeting Meeting called to order by Pres. All present except Misses- Gretsman and Graham. Bills allowed-  Bookstore. Mr. Baughman (salary) $120.00 C.M.      1918-01-10 - Union Print + Bind Co. $178.45 S.E. Carver (Ellensburg Game) 53.86 Floral Exchange (Glorman Funeral) 10.00 Vera Jewel (Xmas party 18.00 Mathes Book Co. (decorations 2.35 Mr. Carver sent bill of $53.86 for Ellensburg game. We have to guarantee us $50.00 where we go. Bookstore committee reports that Mr. baughman was willing to have statement published. Motion carried that the report the accepted. Decided that it was best to not send messenger to Naval Militia boys as they are leaving Seattle.  Motion carried that Pres. select a new book-keeper.  Adjournment Sec'y Frances M. Ireland 


     1918-01-17 - Board of Control Meeting. Meeting called to order by President. All present except Miss Getsman. Bills Allowed- Mr. Carver- Vancouver game $40.00 Cassie Cales (salary+post office) $55.00 Manager of Kilpsun asked for copper plates that Assoc.acquires. Motion carried that manager of Klipsun sell the copper and they keep 25% of the profits for their work, with the understanding that any scenes or groups that would be  of future use to the school be kept.  Motion carried that Mr. Carver be given $40 for Vancouver game. This will be returned. Receipts from Ellensburg game  $7.50 received at door. This will be turned into the Assoc.      1918-01-17 - Pres. brot up matter of hooks of hooks disappearing from the Assembly Hall.  Motion carried that it was a Student Council affair but that the Board will act as advise.  Miss McGhee was chosen as the new Book Keeper. Mr. Bond will try and find a typewriter, not in use in the building to be used here in this room.   Adjournment Sec'y. Fances M. Ireland


     1918-01-25 - Board of Control Meeting Meeting called to order by Pres. All present except Miss. Getsman and Mr. Sorenson Bills Allowed:  Leslie Sorenson (commission) $4.80 H.T. Hudson Arms Co. 4.17 Received a check from Mr. Sorenson for $2 for fare shares. Motion Carried to accept Miss Graham's resignation because she was leaving school. Mr. Carver returned $35.76 of the $40.00 advanced for the Vancouver game, the rest was used for expenses. Adjournment Sec'y Frances M. Ireland.
