Ireland 1918-01-17 - Board of Control Meeting. Meeting called to order by President. All present except Miss Getsman. Bills Allowed- Mr. Carver- Vancouver game $40.00 Cassie Cales (salary+post office) $55.00 Manager of Kilpsun asked for copper plates that Assoc.acquires. Motion carried that manager of Klipsun sell the copper and they keep 25% of the profits for their work, with the understanding that any scenes or groups that would be of future use to the school be kept. Motion carried that Mr. Carver be given $40 for Vancouver game. This will be returned. Receipts from Ellensburg game $7.50 received at door. This will be turned into the Assoc. Page 01_051 (volume 01 page 051) 1918-01-17 - Pres. brot up matter of hooks of hooks disappearing from the Assembly Hall. Motion carried that it was a Student Council affair but that the Board will act as advise. Miss McGhee was chosen as the new Book Keeper. Hudson Arms Co. 4.17 Received a check from Mr. Sorenson for $2 for fare shares. Motion Carried to accept Miss Graham's resignation because she was leaving school.
