     1922-12-14 - Special Meeting of the Board of Control  Meeting called to order by vice-president. Mr Simonson, Mr. Rankin and Mr. Thomas were nominated for Student Representative. Mr. Rankin was elected, plans for Christmas mixer were discussed.  Mr. Haeske resignation as Yell Leader was accepted. Adjournment, A. Pearson, Sec'y.


     1922-12-04 - Board of Control Meeting Meeting was called to order by the vice President.  Motion carried that committees be appointed for the Christmas Mixer. The following were appointed; Programs- Bob Caulkins, Frances Vaughn, and Agnes Paremba¬¬_______ Miss. Goke. Treat- La Pearle Moore, Byron Payne, Agatha Foley ______ Miss Hightower. Tree- Dewey Bowman, Mr. Pander, Margaret Hard_______ Mr. Ingersoll. Decorations- Irene Kingsbury, Guinevere Case, Pandy Dawson _____ Miss Pearson.  Motion carried that students exchange names and buy each other a present. Motion that secretary ask Mr. Bond to write a few lines about the Student Relief Fund for the Messenger, appealing to the students. A collection to be taken at the Christmas mixer.  Adjournment  Albertina Pearson, Sec'y.

     1922-12-06 - Board of Control. Bellingham State Normal, Gentlemen-  I am herewith tendering my resignation to the position of chief yell leader, to take effect immediately.   My position in the Theatre will keep me busy practically every night in the week, and a yell leader who is unable to attend the basket-ball games is quite useless.      1922-12-15 - Special Meeting Board of Control  Meeting was called to order by the President. Mr. Burns suggested that we have someplace in which to keep class records etc. Motion carried that Mr. Rankin be appointed Athletic Manager for this quarter. Adjournment A. Pearson, Sec'y.


     1922-12-18 - Board of Control Meeting Meeting was called to order by the President.  The secretary was instructed to ask Mr. Ford to send with  his bill a monthly report on the messenger. Decoration committee to be informed that the training school wish to have the Christmas tree and decorations left in the auditorium for their use Friday morning.  Mr. Bond will talk in the assembly Wednesday Dec. 20th about the Student Relief Fund. Motion carried that a box be placed in the outer office for contributions to the fund. Mr. Rankin volunteered to put the box up. Miss Goke to make  a poster to place over the box. Mr. E Burns was appointed tale charge of the offering at the mixer for the Student Relief Fund. This offering to be the last number on the program. Meeting of Board called for Wed. after vacation at 12:30. Adjournment A Pearson Sec'y.
