Unidentified steep hillside that ends at the water
Possibly a rock quarry - many large piecesof rock are visible on the hill. Sixteen men stand at various points on the slope.Smoke or dust rises in two areas on the slope. In the lower left corner several men are loading rocks into a vessel, perhaps a small boat. A vertical wooden structure rises out of the water just beyond them - possibly some kind of a hoist. There is a "3" in the lower left corner of the photo.
