Gathering at the International Peace Arch
Twelve men, standingin two rows of six, in front of the ship plaques on the International Peace Arch. Although not identified in this photo, in the front row, Sam Hill is third from the right; Judge Burke is first on the right; in the second row, Frank Terrace is first on the right. (See photo gb3561) Sam Hill was instrumental in getting the Peace Arch built which was dedicated in 1921. Sandison is written in ink in the lower right.
