Caption on front in ink: "N.West Traction Co." and stamped on reverse: "Bellingham, Wash.- Sandison Studio - J.W. Sandison" NW Traction Company (1911-1930) provided transportation by electric rail and limousine stages between Seattle and Bellingham. The seats are covered in a floral patterned fabric with towels draped over the tops to protect them.
