Quanta: Queering Video Games
A brief white-boxed alpha version of the game Quanta, written and developed by Fyn Rose. Exploring themes of corporate capitalism and queer futurity, Quanta is written for and by those who have not seen themselves in the media they consume, especially in the games that they play. Set in a world with a magic called Entropy, the Order of Enthalpy puts together teams to seal Quanta which are rifts that tear open throughout the world and allow monsters to come through and wreak havoc on everyone. Armed with her tenuous connection to his deity, Corva, Orla Moore is offered a position in the Order of Enthalpy. Is everything as it seems, or will Orla discover something more than she bargained for in the Order?
