Von 1953 bis 1962 wurde ein Fragebogen in Deutsch land Ober verschiedene Themen gemacht. Eine Frage war Ober freie MeinungsauBerung. Die Frage lautete ''Do you feel that in West Germany one can express one's views freely, or is it advisable to mind what one says?'
