Square white two story building on the Bellingham/Fairhaven waterfront with a hoist beside it close to the water.
The building is on a small barge. Probably used for off loading fish from fishing boats. Likely part of PAF. Another white building is partially visible to the right and the cement plant is visible across the Bay. Stamped on reverse in ink: "Photograph by Galen Biery...Date 1965..." Identical to photo 2874.
