Fairhaven High School
The first Fairhaven High School was located between Larrabee and Donovan and 20th and 21st Streets. It also housed the Larrabee Grade School. This photo is of the second Fairhaven High School, built in 1903-1904 at 12th and Julia Streets, where Fairhaven Middle School is today. It was a three story building with large windows across the front, some of them on the second story are arched. A marble sign over the entrance says "High School" and there are decorative uprights running along the top of the overhang of the front door. In front of the school is a large landscaped lawn and a curved walk to the front door. It burned on December 31, 1935.
