Ferndale Planning Internship
The objective of this internship was to apply and improve the knowledge and skills I gained at Western Washington University, including technical writing, understanding legislation, data analysis, public speaking, and community engagement. By working directly with city planners and officials, I gained valuable insight into the practical tasks city planners undertake, which will help shape my career path in urban planning.
