A group of 22 men; all are wearing suits and ties. Second from left in the front row is John Westford. John Westford was President of Westford Funeral Home, Inc., located in 1960 at 1831 Cornwall Avenue. In 1964 they built a new facility at 1301 Cornwall. Westford was Mayor of Bellingham from 1956 until 1965. As Mayor, Westford established Bellingham's first sister city affiliation with Tateyama, Japan in 1958.
