The Canadian government steamer, Quadra, with piles of ropes and tarps with several crewmen on deck
According to H.W. McCurdy's "Marine History of the Pacific Northwest," the Quadra was used as a British Columbia lighthouse tender, and was in a collision near Nanaimo in 1917 and sank; it was towed to shore and sold to Britannia Mines Co. and was used in the Howe Sound to Tacoma ore trade.
