Reid Bros. Boiler Works is visible on the shore; Knox Ave. is prominent on South Hill. Photo appears in Great Pacific American Fisheries, v.22. According to Radke's Pacific American Fisheries, Inc., the Oakwood was sold to French interests in 1918. (p. 108). A second unidentified ship is adjacent to the Oakwood.
