Stamped on reverse in ink: "Photography by Galen Biery - 1023 13th Street - Bellingham, Wash...Date 5/2/67." Part of a breakwater can be seen at the lower left. One of the smaller buildings at the water's edge has a sign saying "Oceanic Fisheries" and another says "Ice." Oceanic Fisheries was located on fill on the Bellingham waterfront near Bellingham Cold Storage. See also GB2496, GB2497, GB2498.
