This image is similar to photo taken by J.W. Sandison in "The Great Pacific American Fisheries" (V.21) that is identified as P.A.F. Shipyards, Commercial Point, May 4, 1917. The ships under construction are the Hollywood and the Rosewood and the building to the left is the Roan Refrigerator Plant.
