Zahn was Washington State Highway Commission Chairman in the late 1960's and early 1970's. He was a member of the Class of 1955 of the Washington State Senate. He was born Feb. 9, 1924 and died Sept. 30, 2001; he is buried in Methow Cemetery in Okanagan County. See also GB2649.
