unidentified man standing next to a huge structure - possibly a ship?
The same unidentified man as in photos 2849, 2871 standing next to a huge structure that he was underneath in the previous photos. The stacks of railroad ties are visible and another man in a slicker is leaning against one stack. Perhaps this is the hull of a large ship that is in dry dock? Behind the man who stands next to the structure are tall wooden ladders leaning against a tall building. Probably at Pacific America Fisheries.
