Aerial view of Pacific American Fisheries looking south over Edgemoor in Bellingham, Washington
Bayside Road (or possibly Briar) and a few houses visible. PAF buildings are in the foreground (with "P.A.F." written on the roof of one of the buildings and "Pacific American Fisheries" on another), what is now the sewage treatment plant and dog park are in the middle ground and very sparsely developed Edgemoor is in the background with the Bay beyond. Fourth Street, Mckenzie and Donovan all appear to be unpaved.
