Unidentified group of men, possibly in downtown Bellingham, Washington
Twenty seven men in three rows; the men in the front row are seated on the ground. Many of the men wear uniforms and caps with oval medallions on them; others are dressed in work clothes with long aprons; others in suits and ties. They are probably connected to the streetcars which ran from 1891 until 1939. The group is in front of a sandstone building with arched windows, possibly the federal Building in downtown Bellingham
