Images of planting (series of four on one mat)
A series of four photos on one mat. The top one is a bearded man in a suit and stetson standing in bushes with his left arm outstretched. The second photo is nine men in a plowed field planting cabbage (?) plants; they stand in a row looking down at the ground. The third is a field of bushes with flowers planted in rows; a man stands in a row and a two men and a horse are in adjacent rows. The bushes are chest high. The fourth photo shows the field after the bushes have been cut; ten men stand in the rows, some with arms full of the cuttings. Caption on reverse in pencil: "Parsnip Seed" and "Planting Cabbage"
