Photo is taken from northwest corner of Holly and Forest streets looking southeast across street. Holly street is constructed of planks and has a rail line visible down the center of the street. The hotel is a five-story structure with a terrace around part of the second floor and a balcony on the west-facing part of the third floor. Sehome hill is visible above and to the right side of the hotel. Hotel was formerly named the Grand Central Hotel. Barely legible written on negative in white lettering is: "Baker Hotel Bellingham" and "Stenton".
