View of early Fairhaven from the southwest, looking toward McKenzie Ave. with Harris Ave. and South Hill beyond
What may be the Fairhaven Hotel is mostly obscured by haze. Two men stand on a large stump in the foreground. There are two tents behind them and cleared land with probably McKenzie Ave. beyond that. Several buildings are visible beyond that and a mostly treeless (except for the top) South Hill is beyond and to the right.
