Caption on this: "Rockfish Fillet -4- Pughed Dead" and "Bacteria Count 800,000,000" and "Pugh Mark" (with arrows pointing to the mark) Also: "Less than 300" (with an arrow pointing to an area away from the pugh mark) Typed below the photographs: "Shows (3) fillet with bacterial count at pugh mark abd at 2 inches from pugh mark"
