Over seventy five men, women and children sitting and standing in six rows in front of the Peace Arch. Although not identified on the photo, Sam Hill stands in the front row fifth from the right; Frank Terrace and Judge Burke (see photo gb3561) stand in the third row. Sandison is written in ink in the lower right front corner. There are seven women and eight children pictured; some of the women appear in photo gb3562. Two Model T cars are in the background to the left of the Arch. A one story house appears to the right of the Arch. This may have been a gathering of the Good Roads Association meeting there before the Peace Arch was completed.
