Fourteenth page of "Mountaineering on the Pacific" by Edmund T. Coleman from Harper's New Monthly Magazine, v. 39, Nov. 1869. This page contains two illustrations, one showing three men transversing a glacier wuth a sharp peak to their right; the second shows three snow-covered peaks with evergreen trees in the foreground. The caption for the top illustration is "Resting-Place" and for the bottom one is "General View of Mount Baker, from the Base." The snow-covered peaks are labelled "Grant Peak, Colfax Peak, Lincoln Peak."
