The minutes of the meetings of June 1 and 2 were read and approved. The architect presented the seventh monthly estimate in favor of the contractor, which estimate bears date July 1st, 1896, and is as follows: 173 m brick $1816.50; 27 m hollow brick 378.00; Stone 500.00; France 153.00; Iron work plates 75.00; Pressed brick 960.00 $3882.50. (Signed) Skillings and Corner, by W.P. Skillings. Vouchers were ordered certified to the state auditor for the issuance of warrants in payment of bills allowed as follows: Voucher No. 43. Favor of A.Lee, $84.00 for 21 days service as superintendent during month of may. Voucher No. 44. Favor of W.B. Davey, 3106.00 being 80% of 7th monthly estimate. Adjourned.
