: Washington Women's History Consortium Collection; In development. This digital collection will contain digitized images, manuscript materials and oral histories sampled from a number of different, larger collections at the Center for Pacific Northwest Studies. Researchers are encouraged also to browse or search other MABEL collection to find additional content relating to campus, local and regional women's history! This select digital collection was created in 2008-2010 in partnership with the Washington Women's History Consortium, using funding from the Washington State Legislature.

: Waterfront Oral History Project; A selection of transcripts from oral history interviews conducted in 2006 with current and former employees of the Georgia-Pacific Corporation pulp mill in Bellingham, Washington, formerly owned and operated by Puget Sound Pulp & Timber Company. The Waterfront Oral History Project was a collaborative effort between Western Washington University’s History Department and the Center for Pacific Northwest Studies: oral histories were conducted by students in Professor Chris Friday’s History 400 class.

: Wernstedt (Lage) Photographs; Images of mountains, glaciers, rivers, and lakes in the Cascade Range in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Wernstedt (1878-1959) was a surveyor and cartographer for the U.S. Forest Service in the early and mid twentieth century. Originals are housed at the Center for Pacific Northwest Studies.

: Western Front Historical Collection; Since its beginnings in 1899 as a "Normal School," there has been a student newspaper at Western. From Normal Messenger to Northwest Viking to WWCollegian to Western Front (and other title variants in between), the student paper has chronicled the social, athletic, academic, and creative life of the institution throughout its trajectory from teacher-training college to comprehensive regional university. The database is made possible by the generous support of Don Hacherl and Cindy Hacherl (class of 1984) and Bert Halprin (class of 1971). The Western Washington University Student Newspaper database is an initiative of Western Washington University Libraries Special Collections.

: Western Washington University Audiovisual Records; Audiovisual and photographic content of varied internal origin produced to document WWU events, provide marketing assets for WWU, or share stories about the people and activities of the WWU community. Most of the videos were created by, or in collaboration with, WWU Video Services or units within University Relations and Marketing.

: Western Washington University Centennial Oral History Project Records; A select number of interviews from the larger collection of oral histories housed and available at the Center for Pacific Northwest Studies. Some of these interviews were digitized with funding from the Washington Women's History Consortium.

: Whatcom County Homemade Music Society Oral Histories; Oral histories from founders and members of the Whatcom County Homemade Music Society, based in Bellingham, Washington.

: Women In Sport At Western; From the earliest days of the institution, women played sports of all kinds, both casually and competitively. This collection presents images of that tradition, in support of the celebration of Women in Sport at Western.

: Women In The Commercial Fishing Industry Research Collection; Select, digitized content of oral histories collected by Carole Teshima Morris for a senior thesis project on women in the commercial fishing industry. The larger collection is housed at the Center for Pacific Northwest Studies.

: Women's Recreation Association; Images and video depicting the members, teams, and activities of the Women's Athletic Association/Women's Recreation Association (WRA) at Western Washington State College (now Western Washington University) and its predecessors. The content spans the group's history, from its origins in the 1920s to its end in the early 1970s upon the formal establishment of Women's Athletics at Western. Included are images of branch clubs, such as the Blue Barnacles synchronized swim club and the Orchesis/Modern Dance club.

: Young Women's Christian Association of Bellingham Records; Oral histories and select content from the Young Women's Christian Association of Bellingham Records at the Center for Pacific Northwest Studies. Portions of this collection are duplicated in the "Washington Women's History Consortium" digital collection.
