Moved that this board suggests to the incoming board that the secretary of the student board be also the treasurer of all the students finances and she have as assistant a treasurer for the athletics and a treasurer of the Messenger. Moved that we recommend to the new board that they consider again our division of the student fee and raise the athletic fund to 75 cents per quarter and lower the Messenger allotment to 40 cents per quarter.
