Description: The street separates the two rows of trucks and there are houses at the end of the rows. Beyond the houses is a sign that reads "Hoff & Pin?ey Lumber." Hoff & Pinkey Inc was first located at Ohio and Dean Streets and later at 112 East Ohio (at Cornwall). The company manufactured and sold lumber and other buidling materials. It is unclear why the trucks are lined up, waiting.

Their logpond can be seen. The white box of a building to the right of Mt. Baker Plywood is for potato cold storage. Bellingham Marine Boat Building owns the balance of the waterfront structures. The bridge on the right is where Eldridge Avenue crosses Squalicum Creek.
