- The Pavlof originally was nammed the A.G. Lindsay; it was acquired by Pacific American Fisheries, in 1911 to haul supplies to King Cove, Alaska. Later it was renamed the Pavlof and continued to be a workhorse ship until it ran aground and sank on Tugidak Island off the west coast of Kodiak Island on February 17, 1916.
