Several churches, houses, and commercial buildings are visible along with Citizens' Dock and a second pier. Although not identified as such, this is the Jimmy Pickett sketch of Bellingham Bay published in the April 19, 1889 special edition of The Reveille. See also photos 2811, 2812.
