- This was taken on the morning before I left to come back to the United States. The sunrise over the vast city nestled in the valley of the Himalayas was an image I'll never forget, so I wanted to carry proof that I was there. I didn't take a lot of selfie's on this trip (spending 30 days in a tent without running water will make the prospect less exciting) but here was a place I knew I would return to.

- After coming to Korea, I have discovered a newfound love of Korean barley tea and I find myself drinking it almost every day. Busan was no exception and as I walked along the seaside trail of Haeundae beach, I briefly set down my drink to take in the beautiful scenery. Everything around me was so stunning and I was glad to have my little bottle of barley tea along with me.
