- This was the best meal I had, a meal from a restaurant down the street from my apartment. I ate here a couple times, and every time, I just couldn't believe how lucky I was to be there, in Italy, eating pasta. I don't know if I'll ever be able to do something like this again, so I just knew I had to... savor the moment.

- This photo was taken when we were in Florence taking a cooking class with our entire group program. It was great to get to be fully immersed in the culture of pizza from scratch and putting it in the oven and enjoying it with our classmates. Along with this we also make pasta from scratch as well and ate that along with our own personalized pizza. This was a great way to see how Italians value their food.
