- This plant is known for medicinal treatment for some cancers to the Moklen. The Moklen are traditionally sea nomadic but now reside on the southern coasts and islands of southeast Asia. Sahmoon prai is the name for these kinds of plants, and much of sahmoon prai grows around the village but look like shrubs and weeds. The Moklen are very connect to the Earth and are known for having generations of knowledge passed down.
